Books Made into Movies

When it comes to books made into movies, I usually make it a point to read the book before watching the movie. The other day I saw a preview for Never Let Me Go based on the book by Kazuo Ishiguro.

I instantly went online to Barnes & Noble and ordered the book and then added the movie to my Netflix queue. The movie ended up beating the book to my mailbox and it seemed a waste to send it back without watching it so I broke my rule. I watched the movie and it was good but very sad. So now I know what happens and I'm sure the book will be better, but now that I know its sad I am having trouble finding the motivation to actually read the book. I think I am going to give up and move onto something else. I guess it serves me right for being a rule breaker.
